1. How can I order?

2. How Can I pay for my order?

  • By Credit or Debit Card
  • Via Paypal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Pro-Forma can be sent, send us a PO and we will forward the Pro-Forma to you.

3. Where do you ship to?

We will ship Worldwide using various couriers depending on the size of the package. For the vast majority of destinations, the shipping will update in the cart automatically. For all others we suggest you email us or call us for a bespoke quote.

    4. How much will shipping cost?

    Shipping costs depend on the product being shipped (quantity, dimensions, weight) and where its being shipped to.  

     

    Guaranteed Delivery service is available upon request.

     

    Additional charges will apply to all special delivery requests outside the scope of standard ground shipping.

     

    5. How long will my order take to arrive?

    The vast majority of items on our site will ship the same day and be delivered on a Next Day service. If the item is sent via a Palet, this will be on a 2-3 day service. If we do not have the item in stock, you will be given a lead time when placing the order, and updated throughout the process of your parces whereabouts.

     

    There are many factors that can affect shipping time, such as the ship to address and whether it is commercial or residential, the ship to location and whether it is remote or local, the weather, holidays, etc.

     

    6. Can I pick up my order

    If you wish to pick up an order from our warehouse, the pick up must be arranged and scheduled prior to pick up.
